Was just about to say this it varies. 2 examples I can think of where the monsters are pretty much real is during a shadow game like with Marik at battle city. I believe the same goes when the seal of the orichalchos is used. The egyptian god cards as well are pretty much real they summoned themselves from the cards when Pegasus created them which was why he sealed them away.

Shit is scary. I played against it once on devpro so far.
I saw Treatoad for the first time, so I took a moment to glance over its effect and saw the part about it negating anything once per turn, so I played Dark Hole to force the negation and was really surprised when I then saw my Dark Hole being set on their side of the field.
Then I just OTK'd them. Decks like that are still really weak because they don't really have a win condition. Cyber Dragon decks are better because they have CDI and have multiple ways of dealing over 8000 damage in one turn, frogs don't.

It was more of a limited mechanic, you ended up having these really flexible creatures that you could cast face down on turn 3 (without having to worry about your colours of mana) and flip later, or cast for their full cost later on in the match.
KTK limited was designed for 3+ colour draft decks, so having a load of Gray Ogres in the form of morph cards was a good way of getting creatures on board while colour screwed.

You're a bad player. I know this because you have no idea how mil and stall decks work or you would understand why the other anons think this card is extremely OP. I'm guessing your the kind of player who plays the top tier decks that revolve around swarming as much as possible as well as drawing, these kinds of cards give you everything you need but doesn't allow you to make any good use of them. A good stall deck will let you draw and summon as many shit as you want but will easily prevent you from attacking, dealing damage or even using effects until you lose. A good mill deck may do the same but focuses mostly on making you draw and draw until you have no more cards you in your deck and are forced to surrender by the rules. They will prevent you from touching their LP while making you draw endlessly.
