Reminder that this singlehandedly stopped pirates in their tracks and saved gaming.
>>343070612
idm most games aren't worth buying anyway only thing im interested in this year isDeus Ex Mankind Dividedand since im such a fan I want to have a hard copy of the game.
Read something about reloaded doom crack soon and possibly being able to use the method on other stuff, hopefully true.
But how?
You can still pirate all denuvo games.
Also i lost count how many times pirating died already, are we past ten times yet?
i never buy denuvo. Also 9 of 10 denuvo games are shit
>>343070612
Denuvo is trash, it's stop Piracy but kill the sales and the game itself, just take a look in Dragon Age Inquisition...
>>343072392
Lol no. Hopefully soon, only one I care about is the new total war game but the shitheads will probably get to that last if ever.
>>343072943
What do you mean lol no?
There's a russian site that sells activations for denuvo games for 1 or 2 bucks.
>>343073089
>paying money for pirated games
this is not how pirating works bro
>>343073474
Are you pretending to be retarded or are you just underage and don't know how pirating software worked back in the time of 56k modems?
>>343073637
iam playing pirated games since amiga and c64 times. And i NEVER payed one dollar for any.
>>343070612
Do we have sales figures? I haven't heard any publisher their sales and profits went up with Denuvo.
>>343073089
Nice bait.
>>343073760
>>>343073637
>iam playing pirated games since amiga and c64 times. And i NEVER payed one dollar for any.
because it wont. Some will even have less sales because the ppl cant test it
>>343072524
>kill sales
>DOOM is #1 on Steam
>Even the normiest of my friends who'd never touched a RPG before got DA:I
Nah it doesn't hurt them but it doesn't make them better either, it does what its supposed to do which is to lock out those who aren't willing to pay.
It's like a store, they might have an item that no one will ever buy but they still won't just let you steal it
>>343070612
OP I suggest you lurk more on russian cracking sites
>>343073806
That's why I would appreciate sales figures, It's stupid to say "It has stopped piracy" or "It kills games".
people said this about StarForce 3.0 as well and Splinter Cell: Chaos theory took over a year to crack, but it got cracked
these things always get torn apart in the end, the nut is a little harder to crack this time but they're getting games out eventually, eventually a pattern will be noticed and then it will generally fall down
It will 100% get cracked. Even Denuvo themselves say it's only to prevent piracy during the first few weeks of release.
>>343073928
this
>fallout 4
>shit game
>no denuvo
>top in every torrent site
>financial success, selling millions
>games using denuvo
>like mirror edge 2, JC3 or tomb raider
>nobody cares about them
Explain it
>>343073998
People only talk about the absolute best of Denuvo games. People used to talk about shitty AAA games all the time, and fucking nobody talks about recent Denuvo releases unless they're Doom or sometimes Warhammer. I have to wonder if the lesser exposure affects sales.
didnt they just crack it?
>>343070612
Show me some proof OP
thought so
Deus Ex isn't out yet, so nothing of value was lost.
Europe, it was incredibly common for us to pay the equivalent of 5$ per every pirated disc (FFIX costed me like 17ish with a discount) because internet didn't catch up until well into the 2ks. Some people literally made a living off selling pirated PS1 games. When we moved from 56k to flat fees prices fell to 2.50 per game, then 1.50, then disappeared, now there's just like one guy selling pirated 360 games when before there were like 10 in the same flea market.
Funny?how I finally have fiber (28/10) for relatively cheap and there is literally nothing to download because gaming is so fucking dead.
>>343074454
/v/ isn't the internet though. I'm sure on steam and other sites where piracy is frowned upon (ign or something, I dunno), there's still plenty of discussion about denuvo games.
>>343074652
Show me some proof it didn't.
Thought so.
>>343075128
They haven't released any sales figures.
Guess that's enough to call it a failure.
>>343074780
Yeah, that's probably the case, but I don't see discussion about (for example) Farcry Primal literally anywhere. It's like nobody even touched it.
>>343070612
It will stop modding too, BRAVO DENUVO
>>343074431
>Fallout 4
>Shit game but was hyped
>nostagiafags
>people would rather torrent Todds game rather than pay for it
It depends on the hype imo
Fallout 4 isn't even worth the hard drive space. Anyways, ROTTR just got cracked, so this thread is irrelevant.
>>343074780
Piracy frowned upon doesn't mean you can't pirate, it just means you can't tell anyone you pirated.
What they should do is release fucking demons, people wouldn't need to pirate if they can test the game firsthand before buying it. A lot of people have shitty PC (me included) and we don't want to spend 60€ on a game that won't run in any way. Almost all of the games I've bought have been pirated to see if I like it and it works. There are only a couple of exceptions.
denuvo = less people discuss the game, mod the game, create fanart the game, tell people to play the game etc, people who do want to spend money on games probably spend money on games pirates advertise for free
>>343076165
>ROTTR
It was?
>>343076165
>ROTTR just got cracked, so this thread is irrelevant.
Source you lying bastard
>>343072524
I know 3 pirates who got tired of waiting and bought Doom this week.
>>343076356
There was a massive thread on it yesterday anon. Denuvo is fall. We should be getting it within the week.

there are 4 methods one could use to play denuvo games (bypasses)
costs range from $1-$5
remote admin of your pc is required
these bypasses cannot EVER be stopped. not even always online games like Hitman 2006
>The truth is that Denuvo is fully cracked for that specific game, not emulated or worked around.
>Denuvo uses a VM to translate x86-x64 instructions to a set of VM instructions (between 2-50 for a single instructions), which makes code unreadable (virtualization obfuscation).
>At runtime, the VM instructions are decrypted by an interpreter, think of it as the specific processor needed to run the obfuscated bytecode.
>So know that everyone knows the basic of virtualizer (summed up and simplified), here is reloaded's method. Exe sections that are encrypted by Denuvo are "destroyed", the original code is nowhere to be seen, preventing the reverser from modifying the code. Reloaded used tricks to get the interpreter to read the vm instructions for them, then dumped that decrypted code out of memory and replaced "destroyed" sections by the fresh x64 assembly code.
So how long until the public can get the crack?
>>343070612
no it stopped pirating shitty overbudgeted games. T low cost ones are too expensive to pirate proof :^)
>>343076738
>costs range from $1-$5
>
>remote admin of your pc is required
>literally paying a russian to take control of your PC
I didn't realize this level of cuckoldry was being committed near me
>>343076738
>not even always online games like Hitman 2006
that was the one thing i hated about Blood Money
>>343077114
one of the methods does not require remote admin, but it was abandoned coz it was run by 2 stupid teens.
also no one in humanity cares about your porn
>>343076738
>remote admin of your pc is required
Why the fuck would you do that? Just to play a fucking game?
>>343075287
Yeah, I played 3 and 4 was in love with the series. Then primal came out and basically nobody talked about it.

>Crack
>Need to own the game first or know someone who owns it
>>343076585
>.ru
seems legit
>>343077707
there are forums where u pay strangers $1-$5 to remotely family share with u
that way always online games work too
>>343077695
why give them publicity? let the pirate elite only enjoy Denuvo games
>>343077878
>there are forums where u pay strangers $1-$5 to remotely family share with u
>"Crack"
>Need to pay money
Reloaded cracked Rise of The Tomb raider, It will be out soon.
>>343077987
come on now man. u can get any denuvo game for $2. that is the average
if you cant afford that....you got monumental problems
10games would cost you $20
from steam $600
>>343077987
I don't think anyone mentioned that the steam family sharing method is a "Crack", senpai.
>>343070612
didn't help doom much
>>343076926
So they hijack the interpreter? Or, are they doing a man in the middle type thing?
>>343072524
No its because that game sucked. I pirated that game and spent two hours on it before its mediocrity became to much and I Uninstaller it.
>>343070612
>saved
>any game with Denuevo in it is crap
sure bud
>>343078036
Reloaded supplies the steamapi crack, Bronco cracked denuvo.
