Same guys who did the Mars: Subtitle RPG. I become curious when a dev retreads old ground like this. They're very similar sounding games; why not just make a loosely connected sequel instead of a new game? I hope they learned their lessons from the first time around. But they also made Bound By Flame so their track record isn't exactly sparkling.
It's good, OP. It's Bioware without Bioware.
Only game I want to play this year aside from maybe deus ex, I hope it's hardcore sci-fi.

I feel like technomancer will be good, but The Surge will blow it out of the water. It looks like it capitalized on the idea and added so much depth to it + realistic souls combat. If LoTF was any indication of a game getting deathly close to a souls clone, the surge will surely kill off technomancer.

I bought LoTF on launch based on the fact that at the time i only had a ps4 and I was feinding for something souls like to hold me over until bloodborne. It got boring fast.
