Does Xillia 2 have the same problem as ToS2? The returning characters kinda just tag along with Emil and i never felt a genuine attachment to them.
Heck those characters don't even get some sort of character development at the end.

Kind of? I liked seeing all the returning characters, although they have this very "fuck Ludger" attitude, and I can't tell if it's intentional apathy that they feel or if it's just their emotions aren't fleshed out.
