Even a lot of people who sent them in to get fixed had to pay shipping and sometimes a repair cost when warranty wasn't valid. The game reached maximum hype levels on /v/ when the first video was shown and promised to return MMOs to their "roots". The game died within a year and now has gone to f2p.
