Sure it's still unhealthy, but its not strain on one hand, also it's not 160+bpm rapid presses.Also just want to comment on that slider breaks were the bane of my existence, osu is inherently badly designed because when you break combo you just stop, there is no point to continue playing. Although I can just casual play now and not worry, although its really hard finding that point where it is engaging enough to be fun, but not too hard, while not being too easy it's boring.
