There is a ton of positives to dedicated servers - but one of the most important ones is definitely that it ensures practical immortality for your multiplayer game.
Matchmaking games DIE the moment they arent popular enough to have the required concurrent players.
Company hosted games DIE the moment the company finds it financially sensible to drop the support of the title, probably in hopes of shifting the players into a new game.
As long as a multiplayer game has 1 dedicated server and players on it, it'll be playable just like before.

no this is also on the PC. Genji mobility out does the limited camera movement while looking up so it's mostly guess work which axle he'll be and he'll be there for a second. he can also instantly move himself with left shift.
