There's almost always some tedious or hard as fuck requirement to get this stuff, with Xenoblade X, you have to fight Telethia often to get the parts or reward tickets to buy enough parts to get the full set of this costumes.
Then there's Budokai 2 where you have to go through the story mode several times and collect the dragon balls just to wish for this costume for Bulma to wear in the capsule shop and it's a random wish iirc

Bamco added the ability to put Raine in a bunny outfit in the PS2 and PS3 remake of Tales of Symphonia as well as add the ability to gamble in the casino, however localized versions of the PS3 version had the ears altered out from both Raine and any other bunny girl seen in the game because the design of the ears were too similar to Playboy's which has a copyright on it. It's the same with TERA as well though I think they added new bunny ears to the game some time later
Dragon quest usually has them.
Senran Kagura does it.

Rabi Ribi is quite good.
Imagine a Metroidvania platformer, but it's also a danmaku game. You have to jump and weave and use your abilities to survive bosses who shoot waves and waves of bullet hell.
It's a great game man, it's amazing.
