Pony Island is basically built on this.
Axiom Verge has a lot of good glitch art-looking stuff, from its Address Disruptor gun that glitches enemies' sprites and behaviors to the secret worlds (a nod to the original Metroid) that you can only find by glitching through seams in solid walls.
