Actually balanced, high speed and high skill ceiling combat, a good tournament system and the matches short enough that even if your teammates are bad (which they probably shouldn't be because the game is meant to be played as a coordinated team) then you get a new match pretty fast.
It's the Quake 3 of the genre.

That was probably my favorite multiplayer game. Instances were short and fun and the raids were really simple.
S2 kinda killed it with the ATK boats and those super huge instances. Never had fun with the raids either.
