I've owned the game since 2003 and haven't been able to stomach more than 5 hours or do of it. The bosses are boring as shit (Plant Boss, Behemoth, and Thardus are all that I remember)

Yeah, but you don't have to. I love that game, but that doesn't mean that you need to love it as well. There are plenty of universally loved games that I just don't like.

Agreed, I like the 2D Metroid games and the FPS Halo games but I'm not into the Prime games or the Wars games. Not because I don't like them but because their just not my cup of tea.
