I've been kind of a retard 2 years ago.
Got pissed because literally playing against hackers every other game in CS:GO, so I decided to get my own hacks and use them whenever I felt I was playing against hackers. Got 365 ban, which turned into perma ban. Only game ban though (can't play Matchmaking or trade CS:GO items anymore), not VAC.
Yes, I know I was a retard and learned my lesson, been playing on alt account since, but kinda tired of not being able to play it on my main.
So I wondered, since it is only a game ban, if I have the game removed from my account and then get it again, will I still be banned or is it removed with the game?
Pic related, it says if I buy it again, I'll get the same CD key, but what if I buy a retail key from Kinguin or something, wouldn't I then have that key?
Anyone knows if this works?
Any other ideas of how to get rid off the ban?

steam still remembers all your details for deleted games, all it does is hide it from your game lists; reacquiring it will just unhide it but nothing will change
