This is the most blattant coverup of "I'm bad at it and still haven't gotten the controls down" I've ever seen.
I just took a break from playing it
its last year's meme game, everyone is on overwatch now.
I played it for a while, but I just didn't feel that strongly compelled to keep learning to play and master it. Plus, the most fun I had was when I was playing it with my friends in the big multiplayer matches, I never really saw the appeal of playing solo queues.

Skill reset was a mistake
I get the impression that you're constantly fighting the game to get to where you actually want to be, it looks like if I was playing an FPS, but the ground is ice and you're always sliding around whenever you move. Sure, you could eventually get used to it and master that way of movement but I'm definitely not interested in doing so.

Apparently the game wants you to play it competitively without fucking around. I just want to have fun.

Pub stomp is still worth it once in a while, but it still isn't nearly as fun as it used to be where every match was a close one and your team would tell the opponent "Nice Shot!" when it was genuinely good instead of the opponent spamming "What a Save!" when his team hits it in.
