If I don't preorder the games I want, I don't get them at all unless I want to pay extra for Canadian shipping and handling, which today can make a 3DS or Vita title cost over $70.
Especially now that 3DS games are soaring to $55 and $60 price ranges in Canada.
I don't own a current gen home console because they're all so terrible, and PC games don't have limited quantities or s&h costs (unless you use Origin, lol!)
