Are you gonna buy the Skyrim Remaster, /v/?
It's gonna look and run a lot better than Skyrim with mods right now, because the game engine is updated.
I'm gonna pirate it
>>342692429
it will have DENUVO
>>342693193
I waited 6 years to play Skyrim.
I can wait 1 for Skyrim 1.1
How much is it gonna fuck mods on release?
I was hoping to start a new playthrough when the PC version gets the new visuals added in a patch.
The only visual mods I have is darker nights/caves, I think. Not sure if Climates of Tamriel impacts visuals at all as well or what.
I bought skyrim and all the dlc for cheap years ago so I'm getting the DLC for free.
Considering that I already own Skyrim and all of the DLC, I don't need to buy it.
NEVER SHOULD HAVE COME HERE
>>342692189
>Buy
>>342692189
I already bought Legendary Edition Todd-sama
>>342693794
I YIELD I YIELD
>>342694112
YOU CALL YOURSELF A NORD?
>>342694192
SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN YOUR TREES, ELF
>>342694354
YOU'LL MAKE A FINE RUG, CAT
>>342693193
HAHAHA no.
>>342692189
Does at add anything not related to graphics?
I don't give a fuck about graphics enough to download them for free as mods, and I'm not gonna fucking go out and buy the game again just to get prettier graphics.
>>342694507
Performance
>>342694507
64 bit support
literally a modding revolution
>>342694574
So, seeing as I have a computer bought in the last 5 years and can already play the game modded to hell and back with no issues since I'm not prone to playing it on my calculator. Nothing?
>>342695051
So, will it mean more pretty texture mods? Because I couldn't give fuck about that. I don't see why 64-bit to my game that already runs at 60fps with all the mods I want will be a huge improvement.
At least add some of the features we were promised Todd.Where is my damn economy system?
>>342695337
Your game would be 10 fold more stable than dark soul 1
>>342695484
But it's already stable.
>>342695337
You dont seem to understand.
More distant ugrids and many many more potential entities loaded at once.
>>342693794
>>342695639
You obviously don't have enough mods
>>342695705
Well. It's something, but it's still really underwhelming. My issues with the game has never been how many things are on screen at once. For the most part that's a non-issue for me.
you guys do know it's free for pc right?
>>342695946
It's about 100 give or take. At least on my latest more vanilla playthrough.
Not even with Sexlab stuff installed I've had any stability issues. And I don't even use TesEdit and Wrye Bash, only Loot
>>342696054
If you have Legendary Edition.
>remastered Skyrim
>graphics just change
>AI is shit
>combat is shit
>no spells added
>no skill overhaul
>originally planned territory wars still not implemented
>no weapons added
>no weapon classes added
>towns don't get bigger
>crafting is still broken
>$59.99 plus tip
Why
>>342696567
>remastered Skyrim
thats where you are wrong, they are not calling it a remaster, its a "special" edition, basically just a re-release for new consoles, quite a few other games did it too
>>342697173
>quite a few other games did it too
and they actually change stuff instead of adding an enb.
Now it's time for one of the two songs that I only know how to play, Ragnar the Red!
Ohhhh there once was a hero named Ragnar the Red
Who came riding in from old Rorikstead
>>342692189
>buy
Why would I buy it if it's free?
>>342693671
If you're on PC you'll get it for free
You'll also be able to transfer saves over fammie
>>342696567
>graphics just change
They put a piss filter on it.
i pirated the legendary edition so i get it for free.
>>342697536
>Who came riding in from old Rorikstead
>10 second pause of dead silence
>AND THE BRAGGART DID SWAGGER AND BRANDISH HIS BLADE
>>342698623
There's a mod for that.
>>342698845
There's a mod for almost everything that should have been basic features to begin with.
I mean take a second to wrap your mind around how torch smoke and footprints in the snow are not in the base game.
>>342698953
It's criminal. But if I'm being honest, half the fun in newer TES games comes from the wild ride you commit to just trying to get the game in a playable state.
>>342692189
I probably will eventually. I'm definitely not paying $60 for it though.

I'm getting it for free, because I already have Skyrim and all the DLCs on PC. I probably won't play it, though, for a few reasons. First, I don't really care about graphics upgrades, and my computer isn't really good enough to handle them anyway. Second, I've just found out that, at least for a while, the Special Edition won't support any mods that use SKSE, including SkyUI. I won't even consider playing the Special Edition until I can have SkyUI, MCM, and all my current SKSE-dependent mods. There's no certainty that that will ever happen, because some of my mods haven't been updated in a long time, and I don't think the creators will come back just to convert them to the new version of Skyrim.
>>342692189
>game engine is updated
You mean they're going to use the Fallout 4 version of Gamebryo?
>>342699995
THIGHS
>>342693193
It won't
Denuvo fucks up modding and they don't won't to loose most of their playerbase
>>342692189
No. Nothing can save Skyrim. It's a bad game with bad gameplay. I have lost all care or hope in Bethesda after Fallout 4 too so there's that.
Yes. I don't have the original and have never played Skyrim.
Can't wait!
>>342692189
No dumbass, you buy legendary edition and get a copy of remastered for free.
>engine is updated
Maybe I can finally get past the 20-hour mark before the game shits itself. I don't even use that many mods.
>not buying Todd's game
ISHYGDDT
>>342693193
but Denuvo is already cracked
>I can finally get above 50fps because no 4GB vram cap
Thanks Todd. Shame all the mods will be broken on release.
