Every evil possibility for any situation exists. You can start a cult and make sacrifice. You can lie to people into getting ambushed or killing themselves. You can poison people, you can assassinate others. You can make and break every single promise. You can wipe 1/3rd of the world off the map. All of this changes which factions exist and what they're doing, all of it massively changes the endings.
You can get away with it all too. Not redeemed, just a total shit who fucked the world and raped it for all it was worth.
You can even get a magical eye runic eye and a golem-arm to really do up your "look like an evil villain" fantasy.

Fighting classes are usually the easiest, like mercenary. But they're not quite as fun. It's usually an issue of figuring out what you'll need to not get your shit handed to you on a plate in every situation.
Merchant is my favourite.
