I suicide botted for 2 years after I got RSI from the horrible old firemaking system. I was "pissed off" at the shitty skill so decided to bot and never really stopped for 2 years. Got loads of 99's and wealth because I always botted the slow but money making ways to 99. I didn't care if it was slow or not, I wasn't even bothering with it. They finally caught me when I almost had all 99's and was finishing up woodcutting. By rune coming out there was already a pretty stable economy sprung from flipping coal and iron. If you knew people and had tons of time before and after school, that was your in. You made your first million flipping from certing and uncerting, then got ahold of a reliable source of rune crafting. I had a friend who was friends with the first person capable of crafting the shit, Bluerose. So I bought from my friend and then took it to the open market.

This random stranger gives me a full set of bronze armor on the spot and an iron (steel? Haven't played game in years) sword. Next thing I know, he gets destroyed and a group of mages at least 20 levels higher come towards us. I cold do nothing, they laugh at us and speak 'gg lol nubz' as we die.
The saddest part was he gave me a shield to hold against a threat like that; it never did a thing.
