To the best of my knowledge the only thing that can't be added back is Kiria's zipper pants.
Unfortuantely the West is not getting the Hot Springs DLC so not sure if there is a way to hack the JP version of that onto this one.
Also currently on the forums there might be some interest in a sub group subbing the FMVs and putting that version into the edit.
Until then everything else is working as intended.

Someone summed it up in another thread pretty well. Its more to do with NoA having a family friendly image to maintain. Especially in the West where political correctness has gone pretty wild, they think its better to play it safe and not be called out at all for sexist or objectification of women and go ahead and adjust/censor things.
I don't know why this concept is beyond so many. Its crappy sure, but from a company standpoint I can see why Nintendo would change things, especially in regards to the American audience who are all too ready to jump down people's throats for exploitation and other silly stuff.

No. That's wrong. That engenders a complete misunderstanding over why companies censor games to begin with.
It's not out of a sense of malevolence or maliciousness. It's not even really about individual morals (though that can play into the act of censoring the game itself)
They censor games so they conform to specific ESRB ratings, because, almost universally, lower ESRB ratings means higher sales. A T rated game will sell more than an M rated game, most of the time.
That's a MASSIVE oversimplification, there's actually a lot more that goes into that decision, like targeting specific quadrants and the specific marketing angle, but that's the basic gist of it: Nintendo has a game, Nintendo wants to sell the game to a specific group of people, Nintendo alters the game to, in their eyes, make that happen. It's all marketing.
If we, as a group, buy the game, showing that yes, this is the game we want, while also being active on social media saying no, we don't want it censored, then Nintendo will listen.
A lost sale is a lost sale to them, nothing more. You can say it was because of censorship, but all they see is units not being sold, ergo, no viable market, ergo they take their time and effort elsewhere. If the game sells poorly enough, they'll just not bother next time.
Buying the game and being active in your opposition to censorship shows them both that there IS a market, AND exactly what that market wants, and that's really all any company wants or needs.
