It definitely will dude, but here's the thing - Sega is gonna stretch out it's old library as long as it can. You will definitely need to wait a couple years , but I guarantee you every high profile Dreamcast game will be rereleased.

They're not impossible to control, they're just horrible and ruin the experience. The game is not fun to play. The very basic skating movement is inaccurate. It doesn't feel good to skate and the characters don't go exactly where you want to go. So when you go to do your fully commit slow awkward Castlevania style jumps they'll most likely throw you off at least half of the time. How many times have you tried to jump to a roof and ended up on a street? The grinding in the game barely works. The game has trouble recognizing half circle and full circle motions a good portion of the time which ruins the graffiti sections. I've beat it 7 times on the Dreamcast, 3 times on the HD PS3/360 remake, and haven't touched the PC version. I like Jet Set Radio.
The problem with the basic movement isn't lack of accuracy, the game is fine in that respect. It's jumping and momentum that's the issue. Once you get going, and stay going, it's mostly fine, grinds are easier, jumps are better etc. But once you hit a stop, your momentum dies and it's very difficult to get started back up. Jumping isn't a problem at high speeds, it's only a problem at low speeds. It's really not as much of a hurdle throughout most of the game with the exception of Grind Square and Fight or Flight, which are TRASH levels not designed with the physics in mind.

Nah, jumping constantly doesn't get you momentum after hitting a dead stop. When you stop the only good way of gaining spped is just dashing but sometimes the enemies put you in situations where you're struggling to get away, try and make a jump, fail because no momentum, fall and get attacked again and have to make the loop all over again.
Getting Jet on Fight or Flight is fucking awful because Kogane is too fucking big to traverse and the enemies are obnoxiously difficult to keep away.
