Aside from the meme spouting on the internet, the game revolves around 3 concepts. PTSD (from GZ incident), Hallucinations (from Mantis) and Lies/Half-Truths from Ocelot and Miller. The reality of things is that nothing is quite what it seems and the whole game trilogy of MGSV is a mind fuck. The reality of things is, there's really nothing against Huey. Constant pressure from Ocelot made Huey sound like he's reading from a cut-out script over codec when he said he worked with skull face. The pacing was so odd. That and when Huey said Miller was behind MSF's downfall, Miller got really pissed as if he wasn't supposed to say that. Ocelot talks to Huey behind doors when Miller tells us truth serum isn't working, ironically it was working.
GZ and TPP is just a mess, and not talking about as a finished product. I mean as being Venom. We can't really trust anyone at all, everyone is taking advantage of us, we suffer from PTSD, and Mantis keeps popping up to make us trip balls like seeing Ishmael and Skull Face (both based on real people but are not physically present in TPP).
In the end of the day, you carve your own canon and decide what to believe. It's your story, not anyone else's; that is until KONAMI ever makes a continuation of what really happened at V's saga.
