Depends on whether it's still being sold. I still love to play SNES, PS1, and old PC games for example, and I feel not a single twinge of guilt of pirating something rather then paying retarded money to some random fag for a cart/original disc, none of which goes to a dev anyway. If the devs had them up somewhere easy to get a normal digital rip of (suitable for emulation/virtualization, no DRM shit) for a couple of bucks then I'd absolutely buy them, or even re-buy them in the case of games I once owned and lost. Something like Chrono Trigger would be worth tossing another $5 at no hesitation. But if they don't want to sell it then I don't see how they can bitch at me not buying it.
I don't pirate new stuff though. I'm not a collector, I'm not a Day One'er, I'm not poor, and I'm not (that much) of an asshole so there's no point.
