Zarya is legit OP right now. A friend and I often run double Zar on King of the Hill and it is blatantly too good. We alternate using ults so there's almost always one of us with it up, and that is frequently a team wipe, and we E shield each other so when enemies try to wait out the first shield they're greeted with a second as they charge in. Her damage is insane at high charge too, everyone can die to her. She's legit OP but I have NO idea how you would fix her without making her worthless.

KOTH is currently Bo5 (which means you will play some maps twice)
Assault is time based. Attackers get their time taken, then defenders, then attackers, then defenders. Whoever does it fastest wins
Payload is fucked. No time taken into consideration, just getting to points gives you a point. A team could defend for 20 minutes, lose, play attack and win in 5 minutes, but both teams get 3-4 points, so they both win. Then it goes into shitty as fuck sudden death, where the game flips a fucking coin to decide who is attacking and defending on the same map you just played. attackers have 3 minutes + overtime to get to the FIRST POINT. Defenders lose like 80% of sudden deaths, it's shitty as fuck.

In a straight up fight with any of the offensive classes as long as you keep a medium range Junkrat is dead. Forget offensive, most of the cast can beat him in a straight up fight. His advantage lies solely in corners and baiting traps, which given most maps it's easy to take another route and fight him on better terms.
His ult has an obvious sound and can be destroyed, most good teams can easily tell where it's going to come from and take aim.
If a Junkrat is really giving you trouble, switch to Pharah. While you're in the air you're nigh impossible to hit, it's a direct counter.
Here's another piece of professional advice. If the enemy team has a Junkrat, look at the ground before you run into a room that's likely defended. The most obvious spots are always near doorways, large health packs and tight spaces.

Lucio, while you can't outdamage her, you CAN keep shoving her back where her bullet spam is only mildly threatening so it wastes a lot of time on her end, and wasted time for her is a big deal, because it means stronger foes will eventually turn their focus on her and flatten her. Between pushing and wall-grinding and jumping, you'll generally be a difficult target to kill while still healing the team.
Sym is just a good ol'fashioned Tracer crusher. Between homing primary that can kill her in moments, a secondary that can be used to block doorways around an area which can, and will, slap Tracer down firmly, if not kill her outright if she isn't at full health. That's before you distract and slow her with some well hidden sentries.

Attack sym is really hard, but possible. Mostly you have to just kinda put turrets ahead of your cart or sprinkled around to act as minor traps.
As for the rest, shes kinda best suited sticking with the rest of the team and kinda just running around killing squishies. Most people tend to underestimate her, so they put priority on killing other targets. Letting you kinda run around moping up.

Even if the Symmetra is a great player and capable of locking down the other team on point B, they'd still be a bigger contribution switched.
Because it's unlikely they're someone who only knows how to use Symmetra. If they can lock down an area with her, then they can probably do it much better by switching to a different defensive character.
Any hero is viable in any situation if you use them right, doesn't mean you should always pick them.

Honestly, he's one of the better tanks for squatting the payload and no one seems to know it. I routinely shut down other teams by dancing in the cart and using his push. Additionally, sometimes you'll get bashed into the air by a Junkrat mine and you can ult at the top of it and it feels hell of cinematic since it takes longer to hit.

Genji is okay in the hands of someone with good aim. Pretty similar to Tracer, he's meant to find ways to flank and take down easy targets. As a frontline fighter he's kind of useless.
I was fighting a Genji on Hanamura that was constantly attacking the final point from the side door and getting kills, distracting people and dealing damage. He was hella maneuverable and difficult to chase down as well, even as Lucio.

I pretty much exclusively play Lucio and it's gotten to the point where I feel like I'm not being helpful enough if I play anyone else. His DPS is nothing to laugh at either.
