Yeah. Partially because I finally did the math on how much I was spending on cigarettes and refused to spend any more money on it. It's not easy, and I think I'm gonna need to get some gum or soemthing. My temper is notably shorter and it's difficult for people to be around me. I've never felt the need to get angry at a video game. If I'm not enjoying myself, I'm not going to keep playing.
This might be why all my equipment rarely fails on me. I've had the same keyboard for nearlly 20 years now, never needed to replace a controller and have only replaced my mouse once when the scroll wheel was worn so smooth it lost it's grip. The only game related thing I broke regularly are PS1 jewel cases, which might have been made of the finest crystal for how flimsy they were.

Not me, but my friend and I used to play civ 5 back on 2011. He had an older brother who would pay mp games with us, and he would get pretty pissed.
