Lately I've been telling people how to play in TF2. I've been playing the game for 9 years, and I'm sick of seeing the same rookie mistakes over and over again. Things like Pyros not extinguishing people, or 2+ Engineers building nests right next to each other.
IMO, valve needs to add more voice commands. Like one similar to "medic", but aimed toward pyros from players on fire, or "Sniper ahead" when you spot a sniper. stopping to type out "SNIPER" makes you a sitting duck.

Just do this:
Divide all of the players into two groups called "Heaven" and "Hell". In Heaven you're banned for posting a hint of offensiveness like "gg ez" and in Hell anything goes. If you're banned, you can still play all you want in Hell. You have the option to select either group as long as you weren't banned.
There, now all the pissbabbys get their hugbox and all the assholes can bantz recklessly thanks to this "binary reality" system.
You can also start off new players in a third temporary group called "Earth" where there's more tolerance for offenses but you'll be eventually timed out once your "life time" expires and then you'll either go to Heaven or to Hell depending on your record.
