I played VI as a kid and gave 0 fucks about any of the girls besides maybe Celes and Terra because they actually had their own storylines. Relm was only there to make Shadow a better character. There were tons of male characters with cool and sympathetic storylines though. Locke, Figaro brothers, Cyan, Shadow, Gau. All of them were far better than the females in the party.
