Genji and Tracer are the only classes with any sort of interesting movement mechanics involved (well aside from Lucio, but that's another story). Or the two, most of Tracer's abilities are saves without any real offensive capability. Both of Genji's abilities operate as valid offensive and defensive tools. He's probably the most interesting character to play as a result.
