Same thing happens in every genre. The other day I was playing Pop'n Music and all the videogame/anime themes (goemon, castlevania, fist of the north star, etc) were all super easy compared to other songs at the same difficulty level.

It's a pretty fun rythm game. I like it because every button is set to a note and you can really hear the difference if you're too early or late. Usually you'd have it on an arcade cabinet or buy a big deal controller, but if you have a PSP you can pirate the portable games.
The first game has more popular music and the story mode is like exploring a board game with mazes and suprise encounters. Although the 2nd game has way better note patterns, meaning the songs are more intense to play, there's no anime/vidya music and the story mode to unlock songs is kind of shitty.
What's the general opinon on the Arkham series here though? I'd like at least one thread with decent discussion, I bought Arkham Knight with the season pass bundle and I didn't know Rocksteady was incapable of producing decent content until that purchase.

The only game I've played was Arkham City. I thought it took way too long to take out generic thugs, especially later in the game where you have to deal with so many enemies that you can't really get the time to do the finisher. I think a lot of the random dialogue is great and the boss fight against Ras Al Ghul was really neat, but I didn't really like the game as a whole.

I tried Asylum and City and I found them both to be incredibly boring. Mainly because the combat is so brain dead but also because the sneaking wasn't that great either. Too easy overall. Never finished either game and after City I gave up on the series entirely.
