It's mostly just using your shield and letting people come to you and beating the shit out of them. If your shield breaks, you hide and wait for them to come find you so you can beat the shit out of them.

know where choke points are, play with the team mates that hhave really good long range weapons or close range stuff like 76, hanzo, reaper, or mccree
Don't charge in alone, but if you can charge to an area behind the team that they can't flank you from. Like charging into a building or hallway.
your hammer is decent in damage, but the real burst comes from the fire. if you're fighting someone with high damage and can handle your low damage from the hammer either charge into them immediately or run away. Reinhardt can easilly be countered by good damage and zoning.

Getting random headshot 1 shots with Hanzo shooting over a wall or something is pretty damn satisfying.
The most satisfying for me would probably be envronmental kills with winston ult though, best when mei ice blocks midair thinking it will stop her and it just falls off the map.
