you collect some crystals for fates
then you do like 9 or 10 2.0 hard mode dungeons, then 4 3.0 dungeons in sequence
then you collect 20 of these 4 different types of items each, you can spend tomes or do beast tribes or do alexander to collect them, this is by far the worst part, it takes abouth a month of grind or more depending on how poopsock you are with it
then you turn those items in alongside 12 HQ crafted items which will set you back about 1.2 mil if you don't make them yourself
after that you turn in 5 aether oils, it's a really quick and easy step which makes the weapon glow and shit

I know whats happening to you. 14 is very picky with newer nvidia driver builds. ROLL /BACK/ your drivers.
I'm not sure which diff builds are safe atm but whatever you're currently on is not. You can google-fu to help find out whats best to rollback to or you can just test it manually. I'd say 2/3 nvidia driver versions work on 14, another 1/3 dont. Its shocking how often this is the prob and people spend weeks not realizing it.

No, warring triad actually got an intermission for 3.3 instead of a second primal, I'm not even joking.
I mean content wise, we're still fine. 3.4 will have final Alexander Raid and probably Zurvan, while 3.5 will have the final Mhach raid and probably Sophia. This is assuming they aren't holding Warring triad hostage for progression patches.
MSQ wise the Dragonsong war is done. You literally can't get any more done than it currently is and it even has a post-MSQ sidequest chain that has you going through your quest and reflecting on shit before pressing F to pay respects.
