It's hard for a computer to decide what is "impressive" so it typically goes with the most number of kills in a given time period because that has the highest chance of being a good play. I didn't say it's too fast moving in general. I like the speed. The former I think is a fair compromise. I think the latter would only work if damage were near doubled. So you could take out tanks in a couple of hits to the head. But that also means that Hanzo would be HARD countered by any fast moving characters where you'd be lucky to even get a hit in if they're utilizing their full mobility.
