And I don't have a picture of it, but when you are there at night time and the wall next to it has a personal message to James saying he should just kill himself if he wants to see Mary, but James will probably end up in Hell and therefore not see her anyway. That is the cool moment.

At night time after the hospital. There is a path that takes you back to almost the beginning, save point in a van, then you just proceed to NEELY's bar.
It doesn't spoil the plot twist - it just says that James is a bad man, which is implied almost all the time throughout the game.
