You know people said that PSVR was going to be what brought VR into the mainstream for quite a long time now.
It might not be as good as Vive and Occulus in terms of pure specs but it's more accessible and visible to normies so it's what people will go for.
Everyone who wants VR to succeed should be glad, with Sony shilling PSVR and making VR a viable medium devs will become more likely to invest in making actual games for the Vive and Occulus as well, instead of having nothing but Cinematic Walking Simulators and Meme Indie Games like we have now.
I'm still not going to buy any of the VR headsets in this generation though. Given a few more years I will be able to get something much more impressive at a cheaper price with a more extensive list of games. So it's nice to see so many people supporting this first wave so that VR doesn't die out before then as a short lived fad.
