No such thing, there is only reflect praying, as in pop it up and pray they fire on reflex. However, they don't shoot for a myriad of reasons: maybe when they got hit, they heard the super loud shurikens being flung, and reasonably hazard a Genji is right next to them, so they turn to him but don't shoot, so you're left sitting there spazzing out like a dumbass; or they don't shoot you because you just got unlucky, and they are reloading when you pop your reflect; or maybe they didn't even notice you at all, so they keep walking their merry way and you're still left there wasting a massive cd.
tl;dr reflect is not very useful against people actually good at the game.

Flank like a motherfucker, aim for the head, learn to lead the shurikens, avoid using M2 because it sucks unless you are hugging the enemy, learn to use melee with your dash. Low sensitivity works as well. Im on like 400 DPI with 8 sensitivity. You gotta pick your fights well too. Go for the squishies and if you cant do anything to them at the time, keep harrassing. I've turned games to our favor just by existing behind enemy lines. Its fun getting 4 players to chase you while your teammates push in.
Using Genji's ult is the most useful when your teammates are engaged in combat. Go behind the enemy, ult and kill all the low health players. i've come to realize going behind enemy lines alone and attacking enemies from behind usually gets you killed because they aren't focused on anything else.

The robo is a projectile. You have a very small frame of time to deflect it before it lands. Once deflected the ult becomes yours. Works with any projectile ult. Zarya's blackhole can become yours. You can shove a hundred missles back into Pharah's face etc.

S76 handles monkey pretty easily because biotic field heals almost as much as the monkey does damage. Takes over 8 seconds for Winston to kill him with a biotic field up. Also dies to Bastion. Pharah can also be difficult.
