The main character can control his own blood and transform it in to blood blades.
But the bigger the blades get the lower his HP bar is.
He also has a rage matter when he seas to much hardcore injustice and goes apeshit insane and violently murders every enemy around him.
Only way to calm him down is to force hm to take a cig.
He can also transform his blood in to red blood wings.
He also has several belts that have blood whiles that let him preform attacks that need extra blood but would kill him from anemia if he used them.

Its not fun. I almost lost everybody in my life because of it. Its the paranoia that comes with it that really is the end all to being a fully functioning adult but I've been able to control it this year after a three year battle with my mind. I can't really describe the severe episodes I've had. I am completely lethargic most of the time because of the drugs. Its really weird to try not to be edgy and describe how hard it is to get yourself to laugh.
As I said, I wouldn't wish it on people I hate. I wouldn't understand why people would think its cool.

Game starts in Bronx when he escapes the crumbling Hell. Uses black trenchcoat to hide his wings and a fedora to hide his horns. Also sunglasses, because he can't stand the light. You can use the people on the streets to replenish ammo. You have to find a way to heaven, so the next mission is to find a church. Priest turns into a monster/first real boss. You can crave out the hearts of bosses and gain new magic by eating them. Spells include: Dark Strike, Blade of Blood, Death's call, Dark Darkness, Massacre, Bloodbath and Band-aid. Then it gets openworld, you have to find other churches, kill the priests and burn the churches. The five churches make a pentagram on the map, after it's over, the portal to heaven opens in the middle. Kill boss, enter heaven. Angels are monsters. Final boss is God, your dad who tried to kill you when you were little. Kill God, epilogue is you leading both Hell and Heaven. Secret ending is you standing in Bronx with a legion of demons and angels behind you. 'It's time to expand my kingdom.'
