Runescape Classic will always have a soft spot in my heart. It broke my heart many times (scammed for my full rune, scammed for my coal certs, PK'd for my rune, etc) but I think it taught me a bit about life - mostly that people can be vicious and you shouldn't trust them. Mods these days just require too much work for modern games to be viable (graphical and gameplay standards). Today you need a whole team for something that you needed only 2 or 3 people back in the day.
Luckily Unreal Engine 4 has some sort of random texture and model generation shit in it to make it easier for devs to create some content without the need of artists.

Fucking loved MNC and SMNC but they were deeply flawed games from the get go. in MNC if an engineer got Juice power he'd be unstoppable, SMNC was just insanely snow bally and it was rare that anyone could make a comeback once someone made decent progress.
Still, I think I was probably the best person using combat girl in that game. She was a fucking monster late game. So many free kills from people charging me while I have turrets set up, or just sniping people off with her charged lazer as they try to run back to spawn to heal.
