two front intake fans that follow the cpu's temps. another intake 140mm from under the case. two exhaust fans, one in the back running at full speed and a manually controlled top one. arctic freezer 13 pro CPU cooler for my i5 3570k (@4.6GHz) doing the job nicely. twin turbo II gpu cooler on gtx 680. just before summer what i usually do is change the thermal paste and its fine for greek summer with no air condition.
