The most popular are UNP and CBBE. Also 7B for something more extreme. It really depends on your taste, though I recommend UNP for realism, and it probably has the most clothes (though CBBE is about the same in popularity).
Then there's also Race Menu which adds sliders to your character creation that lets you modify any part of the body you want, and there's also a tool called BodySlide that lets you design a custom body for all female characters to use as default. Personally I did that, but of course it's a little more advanced, if you don't want to bother just get one of the premade bodies I mentioned.
There's also light maps (for UNP the most popular is sporty sexy map which gives her abs and shit), and various compatible textures you can choose from if you don't like the default.

It's more a rarity to find a mod that doesn't support HDT than the opposite.

SKSE is literal most basic thing you need for modded skyrim, if you don't have that then just don't bother modding at all.
FNIS you need for all animation mods. Same deal. Just don't bother doing a sex run of the game without it.
XP32 is an all you need skeleton mod for animations and jiggles which the collision settings to work on.
Bodyslide is more of a soft req if you want to completely customize the shape of breasts and butts and shit. I don't use it and it still works.

Its the reason why f:NV with sexout and Skyrim with sexlab is very unique in my eyes since it can(with patience and a bit of self-rping in your head) give you a proper fantasy rpg adventure with sex and lewds on the side... with all the danger and fun that comes with it. 1. you get covered in shit, blood, puke, cave shit, falmer shit and whatever kind of dirt in your travel and not getting dirty in that rough environment is 'unimmersive'
2. Its a nice addition with hunger/thirst/sleep mods, add in frostfall and you get the whole goddamn package of extra immersion in where the whole party is huddled near a fire as the snow continues to fall, cooking food while looking and smelling because they have not washed themselves for three days or they risk hypothermia. Leaving the mod installed causes CTDs and other shit like hanging loads because it continues to bloat your save the longer you have it installed. Like I said, they slowly kill your game.

Need some advice adding LL mods into my load order. I tried adding SL framework, More Nasty Critters, 0Sex and Defeat into my list in pic related but it kept freezing every time the mods initialized after the character creation menu in Alternate Start.
I typically see the loading confirmation for Immersive Creatures right before it crashes. Does it not play nice with More Nasty Critters? I already ran the FNIS .exe beforehand
