Are there any good house designing games/programs out there that are as good as the Sims series? I want to get Sims 3, but I would honestly only use it for house designing. Any suggestions?

See, I would go for the Sims 4 but I heard they took away pools and other tools from Sims 3. I'm not completely sure how much was changed, but I didn't mind it in the Sims 3 when I played it for awhile. I think Sims 3 just improved up on Sims 2 from my experience.
