EO lives. Outside EO we don't have much. Too many end up catering to the smartphone crowd like sword stranger and demongaze.
Sakura Dungeon, Dungeon Travellers 2 are worth a run. They actually are fun.
There is also a recent surge of VITA(gen) DRPGs like mary skelter that look strong with production values.
I say its looking good.

Sword is full of shit. The options per character is minimal. For several dungeons attack is the only option you have.
They also do some crazy level variance in a dungeon with some random encounters of L24 in the first dungeon where the boss is a L10, How did this ever get past balance testing? With permandeath u either reload or start from L1 since your dead guy takes ages to resurrect.
Look at the tank. He won't be able to even do his job for the first 3-4 dungeons and even then until he gets 70% of his skills he can't even perform his job well.

I miss EO and how it keeps the story to minimum. Every 5 minutes of painfully easy dungeon crawling is interrupted with 10 minutes of pointless exposition and more fucking fetch quests with redundant dialogues.

imageepoch went bankrupt and Success has been relegated into making mobile games and they made some good dungeon crawlers.
I'm pretty sure SoSC only came out on PC and is getting re-releases because of how much money they sunk into it without a good enough return.
