I did not notice input lag, and I was autistic enough to buy and return like 3 TVs until I got one with a good "game mode". The Wii U gamepad tends to make people aware of their TV's pre-existing lag thanks to tight gyro controls and things happening simultaneously on TV and on the touchscreen.

Not quite sure what you mean by improving the graphics - they looked great. Played on a 60" plasma.
Great dungeons. Great atmosphere. Undid think it was missing the trademark Zelda humour though.

There's an extra wolf Link only dungeon, I've only been through the first room of it so I can't say if it alone makes the remake worth it.
Other than that I think it's just the graphics, which never needed to be changed so you're better off with the GC version. Like OoT and MM on the 3DS things tend to look lighter and brighter which IMO negatively changes the tone.

Not that I know of, other than the inventory and map being on the gamepad so you don't have to pause to use it, and you can use the motion controls to shoot projectiles. I turned that off though because it feels better to use the sticks.
