Nilfy has more resurrections, which means more chances for you to use your spies a 2nd time after your opponent invariably resurrects them. Add in Decoys and it's just unfair.
I've noticed that using O'dimms darkness card as an opener in a min/max NR deck is the best opening move
not only do you pull 2 filler cards out of your deck for maximum spy pulling, you also get 16 points in the mid range forcing your opponent to slam atleast two cards to the table or to use a scorch card (increasing the survival change of other handshake cards)
