Reminds me of the Return of the King game, which let you play as anyone after you beat a level. However, if playing as characters who weren't in the level, the cutscenes would be all fucked up because the models for the characters wouldn't appear as you weren't playing as them, and the characters you were playing as would just stand in the middle of the room.
