Fruitbat Factory can control the visibility if they want you to see it, as far as I know. The keys are available, meaning the thing is approved, but they don't want to enable it yet.
Why? Because it's still a mystery to some people, and making people work towards some mysterious patch-note Poppo stole is a really interesting way of building interest.
Not that it needs it. AoS2 is a solid game and with the fixes to netcode, it should be more fun to play than Guilty Gear.

Fernet is probably one of the best characters in the game, but a lot of (bad) players underestimate her completely because she's not flashy at all.
+2 defense is really retarded, if you do the math, you'll find that if you combat Fernet with another character over and over until one dies, Fernet wins way more matchups than she should. It's just because on average she gets like 5 fights and then eventually she'll just roll high enough times to kill someone. If you bring cards into the equation it just gets worse because pudding/dinner can easily heal for at least 3 or 4 for free or 10 stars while the best non-hyper attack cards you can use will at best give you 2 extra damage, cost more and aren't even guaranteed to do extra damage. Even hypers can get outweighed by pudding.

Play Fernet and put Oh my friend in your deck + gift exchanges + dinner + puddings.
Play super passively, always going for your norma when you have enough stars and always trying to land on stars otherwise. Don't fight anything unless if it's to avoid a drop panel.
Honestly playing Fernet is harder than it sounds (Not harder than most other characters, just different) but if you get it down you can beat most of the extreme campaign maps in your first or second try consistently. Go Tomomo or Starbreaker on maps with 2+ Poppos.
