What's the best PS2 emulator, and is my laptop able to run it well?
There's only one PS2 emulator that actually works (pcsx2).
And probably, given how old the emulator is by now. Although depends on the game (some lot more demanding than others) and how much better you want it to look.
Not that I can magically know your laptop's specs.
