A very good question OP. I tried to think a game that would have lot of social and social interaction involved in it and only thing i could think was some shitty Sims-serie. Harvestermoon/Runefactory/Stardew social aspect is baby-tier socializing.
Fake socializing in games only deepens the problem. Just find a multiplayer with real socializing or play a game that completely wraps you up in the story. I got lost in Quantum Break, DOOM, and the Order the past couple months.
Alternatively, you could pick an arcade game, practice it a shitton, then go to an arcade an impress people. Buddy of my plays a stupid amount of Musexlca and met lots of cool people he goes drinking with regularly and even met his gf that way.
I no-lifed Time Crisis 2 for about a year so if I'm ever at an arcade I can bust that out.
