The gameplay is good, but they cut out the entire last chapter of the game and the whole story just abruptly ends without a satisfying conclusion.
I would actually say it's a great game, but a terrible Metal Gear game, if that makes sense?

Not him but the problem is story or the lack of it in a series known for its anime convoluted plot. The gameplay is great, though it could be better if it wasnt open world.

It's really well done, the cut third chapter would have been ridiculous unnecessary garbage. The conclusion is incredibly satisfying if you understood what they were hoping to achieve. The story was intentionally taken out of the game.

Where is this third chapter meme coming from? I finished the game, and the only thing that wasn't completed was the Eli subplot, which they of course released via video so you can at least get the gist of what was missing. But that wasn't going to be a full chapter, just two missions top.
