The Steam Summer Sale is almost by the corner, but over the last two years I've really considered getting the original Manhunt as well the sequel.
Are they worth it? I know the first game doesn't run well on modern computers but I noticed there is patches, and the second is nowhere for sale but piracy isn’t an issue for me. I've had a weird itch to play the games for a while, they look interesting and I love the atmosphere. Should I give them a try?
Guess I'll have to find on my own, then.

Manhunt is pretty niche
I think the first one was great, the sequel was decent
Its an "ok" stealth game but worth the prics, play with headset
>waiting 2 years to play a game
So, you've waited 2 years just so somebody on 4chan can tell you whether or not to play?
Fucking autist. Go and pirate them and find out if they were worth waiting 2 years to play...

dl them and find out
Manhunt 1 is great, but I've never tried to run it on a modern PC. At the very least, if it doesn't work you can always refund it.
Worth trying out, I'd sayy.
Nope. The game looks and plays like ass.
I suppose it's one of those "you had to be there, man"-moments, but it really isn't any fun at all any more at least. There are far better and edgier games out there.

Niche games aren't an issue for me. If anything I want to try them because they are different. I might not be big into stealth but I gotta start somewhere I figure.

I've been busy with life and I have a huge backlog like anybody else in here. But ever since listening to bits of the soundtrack and seeing gameplay I had an odd attraction to play it but never got around it. My main issue was all the patching and what not, and I am unsure if the second game will come with the same issues knowing Rockstar.

Well yeah rockstar games on pc are really a pain in the ass
They ruined the PC version of GTA5 with stupid Online updates

The first game is pretty nice. The gameplay isn't *great* but I really enjoyed the experience. Listening to the crazy shit the murderous bastards you kill is relaxing. It's a wonder people quote GTA as "the" offensive game when this exist.
The second game looks very meh, but I haven't tried it so I can't really help you with that.

>It's a wonder people quote GTA as "the" offensive game when this exist.
I think that's because your murder is justified since you kill other psychos and not innocent civilians, but I agree it's far more graphic that any GTA that ever existed.

Asking here because i don't know where else to ask.
A friend shared his library and i want to install an adult mod on a game. Will he know about it? Will the mod be installed on his computer as well?

I want to do nasty things in skyrim, i want to know if my friend will be aware.

>>341691810
Yes, you filthy degenerate
>>341691528
Only on your machine, if it installed anywhere else that would be a security nightmare. Also he won't know whatever mods you install. Go get 'em, tiger.

ok, thanks :C

OP here, your posts made me laugh. Thanks anon.
He won't know you installed shit unless you do it on his comp, don't be dumb, this is obvious.
>>341692031
No it is not. But it had a PC port since release.

If you installed a virus on your machine, would it install on your friends machine too by default via steam family play? Don't be dense boyo
