Play the game and the question will come by themselves, it's then easy to find the answer if you have precise questions. Otherwise you will just get overflowed by a shitload of unintelligible memewords.

Back when I still went there, which was up to a year ago, I consistently found people to play with there, got some decent advice on how to improve my gameplay, learned plenty of neat tricks and combos with various characters, and found online tournaments to participate in.
