The Linkin Park x Jay Z album could have been fucking baller if they'd actually put some effort into mixing the songs. 95% of the album is splicing and it's a waste because the sound levels are super wonky. You get a lot of Jay Z sounding like he's mumbling against the LP rifts and chords. If they would have recorded from the ground up and properly leveled the tracks, it would have been godlike and maybe even spawned more cool collab albums.
