2nd pick actually has twice as many pixels since 60 is twice as many as 30. It's just hard to tell cause it's a small picture
what you people are really missing is that the computer only has limited power and when you have more fps, more of that power is going to fps and less of it is going to gameplay, so your game gets all un-smooth
when you have less fps, more power is going to gameplay, so your games run smoother
